I asked for my money to be back and I received all until the last penny.
Disadvantages
High pricing when the quality of papers is poor is an obvious disadvantage. There is a discount, which is expired by now though. The combination of prices and quality is surprising in a bad sense of the word. There is no table of price available for everyone visiting the site to see for oneself whether s/he can afford or not.

The quality of papers leaves something to be desired. I ordered a CV and a cover letter. I did not like the quality plus the deadline was expired.
